Job Responsibilities
- Monitor up to 50+ coach student progress and attendance/truancy weekly
- Call families (sometimes weekly) in a timely manner to make sure students are working
- Answering Phone Calls & Emails in 12 hours or less, M-F
- Attending monthly teacher meetings
- Monthly Phone Calls or WhatsApp per success coach student
- Hosting Bi-Monthly Live Tutor or Live Social Sessions
- Analyzing reports and data and problem solving for struggling classroom students monthly by phone call, meetings, or emails
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- One Year School/Counseling Experience
- Strong Problem-Solving Skills
- Experienced Computer/Mobile-Apps Integrated Skills
- Flexibility - able to answer emails and phone calls
- Strong Sense of diversity for families around the world
Job Type & Pay
- Independent Contractor
- Paid per student once a month
- Pay between $14,400 - $24,000 a year
